Great breakfast, great service

We had been going a few times because it was nearby. Nothing really stood out all the times we went. Management doesn't car which employees they hire at all. One waitress in particular waits on us occasionally and never fails to be rude! She always forgets our drinks and the food always comes out late when she serves. The front staff acts like they care about nothing but getting your money. Last time I went my husband and I ate inside. It was the last time especially because my bread was moldy and they DID NOT CARE! No refund discount nothing, instead they brought me out new bread and said "I don't know what happened our bread is fresh daily." Really? please do no make excuses, I could have gone far with that bread! I decided to just keep calm and never return instead. It's not a clean place please do not visit this place.

My experience was terrible!!! Had to wait to get my order taken then I had to wait for over 30 minutes for them to say the cook hasn't even started on my food. People who came in after me got their good before me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! They deserve 0 stars

All in all, it was... OK? I was brought here by a friend who loves trying "random places". The building on the outside looks quite dated and questionable. Unfortunately this vibe only continues once you enter and there is several tables with dirty dishes still sitting on the tables and the atmosphere is VERY dated and borderline dirty. The service was alright and refills didn't really happen. The food was very bland and even with a fair bit of salt there was little that could be done. It was technically edible and the bus boy was very friendly so it gets two stars for that. Just find somewhere better.

Love this restaurant they have a good breakfast served all day.

Just left this place. Advertise breakfast all day. What I got was a seasoned dinner ribeye that was so tough I couldn’t cut it with a steak knife. Ordered scrambled eggs, got fried. The gravy was so runny it would have taken 6 biscuits to sop it up. Only 2nd time eating there. Server acted like I was taking money out of her pocket.

The new management has really cleaned it up and made it much nicer to eat at.

This is a much cleaner atmosphere than the one on University Parkway, and the food tastes better here too. Either way, I am a fan of Jimmy the Greek breakfast food! They have a large selection of any type of breakfast food you want, and it is delicious. Packed out whenever I try to go!

We're here now and the poor girl is hustling, doing everything the best she can-serving, taking food out, running the register-Where's her help? Anna needs a raise for sure-under the circumstances, she did a great job. Breakfast was ok.

Noticed the Sanitation Rating was 86.5 on the way out. Folks who arrived and ordered after us were almost through with their meal before ours arrived. We think out meal was inadvertently served to someone else--we ordered breakfast.... Toast was very dry and crumbly like it had been made a while. Some parts were very good, but inconsistent between my plate and my friend's plate--we ordered the same thing. Not a destination lunch for us in the future. Disappointed, because has been good in the past.

One is the lowest I can go or it would be 0. Gyro was just down right NASTY. Some kind of mystery meat in it.. FF also had a fishy taste. I want my 9 dollars back. What a waste..NASTY NASTY NASTY

The food is absolutely delicious & the customer service is phenomenal! The staff is extremely attentive & always checking up to see if you need anything without being overly intrusive

Great breakfast food and coffee. I cannot comment on other items because I always order breakfast. Service is usually prompt, limited seating, usually busy, so there may be short wait.

I always thought that you could not screw up breakfast....I was wrong! (Well done)Eggs still runny ,sausage patty hard like a brick and toast was burnt...eat here at your own risk.

I’ve been going there for about 16 years with my family and every time we are served excellent food. I have noticed that they have done remodeling and I have to say it looks 10/10!!

We eat at Jimmy,s everytime we are in this general area. The calf liver is my favorite with grilled onions. 5 star's all the way.

Nice predominantly locals only family restaurant. Debbie is the best waitress. Not very new on the inside, but food is fair.

I order some salmon and it was cook on high and it was raw in middle told waitress and she was Mad because we didn't want it ,then she did we want something else we said one piece of flounder and when they brought it,it was still raw in middle, we told waitress and she got smart saying she can't do nothing right and just took dollar off my meal, I paid almost 6:00 dollar for grits and cold toast and tea, I never spend no money there for that type service

AMAZING ...food was fanominal, service wonderful. Great family atmosphere, gre as t prices.

I called my order in. When I attempted to pick my order up I stood at the desk for 5-6 minutes. 2 servers walked back & forth several times without asking if I needed assistance. I walked out!

One of the worst places I've ever ate at they have their children waiting on people and ringing up people on the register and no thank you .hi kiss my butt nada the wait staff they have took her 30 minutes to just come get a drink our whole lunch time was gone by the time she got our order food was horrible. I ordered BLT how can u go wrong with that.. customer service at this place is horrible ...i will never go back

Haven't eaten there in a good while. Had a turkey sandwich and fries. Neither one was very good. Table was rickety. Place looks run down. Won't be back.

Wife and I stopped here to eat after a doctor's visit in the morning, good food fast service and our server was fantastic said that she'd been there for 30 years

This was my #1 place ro drive to for a good,breakfast and fast service. Butit is now under new management and the service is not good, the waitresses do not acknowledge that you are even in the restaurant now. Service is slow.I sent back lumpy grits, then got cold ones. I doubt if I will go back. Everything about this place has changed and not for the good

They used to have a good breakfast, not so much now. Biscuits were hard, cold, and in generally terrible. Sausage was cold, potatoes were just ok. No reason to go back. Hate to see them go down hill.

Nice cozy place near Forsyth Hospital. Owner & staff are friendly. Come here mostly for great breakfast choices but they do have sandwiches & burgers also. The meals are prepared quick and are always fresh! I love the cornbeef hash with some over easy eggs.

Believe this place can and would be perfect if he fired all staff, and hired knowledgeable people to serve guest. Servers should look clean and presentable at all times, and should have some knowledge of the menu!! Don't approach a table with an awful look on your face and an attitude that says you don't want to be there!! You make your living off of people's tips, why treat people like they are NOTHING if you are expecting to be paid for your service!!

Just need to hire more waitresses. Food is great.

This place has gone through a lot of management Transitions and different cooks and stuff I went there stood there call dinner order went in the store and was not even acknowledged the wait staff was sitting in Busan the side conversing with each other and nobody ever came up to get me my order I don't know what's going to happen here I really don't care every time I go is different people there and it hasn't got right sister other owners were there when it was good when it was always packed

3 eggs for the price of 2 and they are large perfectly cooked eggs with AWESOME chunky potato and bacon…. the waitress made me great cinnamon toast - this is a great diner with good value and food!!! The Greeks do it right in Winston Salem. I haven't gone here in years because it is out of the way…. well today I am going back with family and friends who usually to to other places and we are going to make this our regular spot.

Worst spaghetti ever...tasted like watery hamburger helper. Salmon patties were greasy and tasteless. Service was mediocre. Will not be back.

Went there for lunch. Took 30 minutes to get our food. The food sat in the window for about 10 minutes before brought to our table. Food was hard and nasty. Will never eat there again!

We had breakfast, got a lot of food and good service at a reasonable price.

One of the waitresses is unfriendly, and seems unconcerned about her job. She'll place your food on the table and walk away. Not good.

It was okay, good food, good value. But lacked Greek choices.
